The role ofa happiness manager is to ensure that the working environment is conducive to well-being. What a great idea! Especially for companies who understand that an employee who feels good at work is twice as effective.
The role of our “happiness artist
Halfway between event creator and mediator, the happiness manager needs to be creative, dynamic and attentive to others. A diploma in corporate happiness management does not yet exist! Above all, it’s a question of profile. We therefore entrusted this mission to an employee who possessed the skills and personality needed to succeed in this role. According to Isabelle, being a Happiness Agent means having fun at work when everyone else thinks you’re not! Not sure about the workload? Here are just a few of her tasks:
- Planning and organizing activities ;
- Creating a serene, happy and warm working environment;
- Valuing every employee.
Our General Manager is particularly fond of our “happiness artist”. This little ball of energy, full of good humor, never misses an opportunity to come up with original ideas and add a touch of humor to our many festivities at Testudo. Her talent as a painter and her good humor are reflected everywhere in our work environment. She’s passionate about the present moment, and has a wealth of ideas just waiting to be realized at Testudo… We can’t wait to see her next creation.
