The role of our “happiness artist
Halfway between the profession of event creator and mediator, the happiness manager must be creative, dynamic and attentive to others.
A diploma of happiness in the company does not yet exist! First and foremost, it takes a profile. We therefore entrusted this mission to an employee who had the skills and personality to successfully take on this role.
According to Isabelle, being a happiness agent is having a lot of fun at work when everyone else thinks you’re not working

This fun-loving little ball of energy never misses a beat when it comes to coming up with original ideas and adding a touch of humor to our many Testudo festive gatherings. Her painting skills and good humor have been put to good use throughout the work environment. This enthusiastic fan of the present moment has a wealth of ideas yet to come to fruition at Testudo… We always look forward to seeing her next creation.
